first photography session - around campus.

I have started studying photography as part of my degree at Sussex University. These photos are from the selection I took during my first photography session at the beginning of January, I was practicing with depth of field.


These two photos show how I practiced using depth of field. I changed the focus of each photo to see what the difference would be.


I'm really pleased with the photo below, it is very asethically pleasing. The sharp focus on the twigs and moss in the pond is a good effect.

I love the way I managed to capture the reflectionof the buildings in the photo below, it makes the photo quite unusal.
The lighting on the photo below is very dark and could really do with editing to make the leaves more visible. At the moment the photo is almost to dark to see.
